Rib Rub
Watermelon BBQ sauce


Pull membrane from the back section of rib racks. Starting at the corner of one rib end pull up membrane and pull across until removed from the entire length of rack Rub racks liberally with Rib Rub. Place each rack in the middle of a 15-18 inch long piece of extra-wide aluminum foil. Pull the long edges of the foil up over the rib rack until touching then fold together and roll down until the foil is tight to the rack. Fold ends over and check to be sure that the ends are sealed and you haven’t punctured the foil. Place on a sheet pan roast for 3 hours at 300 degrees, then cool Generously coat the ribs with Watermelon BBQ sauce and grill to caramelize the sauce to the ribs.
